A twelve minute look on a beautiful summer day at the Fintry Delta in British Columbia and what appears to be development plans that would have included tennis courts and a remodeled packing house. Some shots of Fintry Falls, the outbuildings of the farm, the manor house being renovated, the streets of the neighborhood being carved out, plenty of old trees along the lake, soon to be cut down as lakeside homes would be constructed in the years to come.
