It is the unofficial start of the holiday season in Kelowna.
The iconic Tree of Hope at the Landmark District will be lit this evening, an event that will be live streamed on Castanet.
Things will get underway at roughly 4:30 p.m. with introductions in advance of the actual light-up at 5:15 p.m.
