Adaline performed at the Thursday, Oct. 21st Showcase presented by The Peak Performance Project. Adaline Bio... ADALINE recently finished recording her sophomore album with prolific Canadian songwriter/producer Hawksley Workman in Toronto. The album will be released in Spring 2011 on Light Organ/Universal Records. This November ADALINE will be releasing an electronic EP, "Neo-Noir" co-written with Vancouver producer Revise. Also this fall she is a finalist in the Peak Performance Project, an emerging artist program giving out $300,000 for career development. Dubbed an "electronic Edith Piaf" (Vernon Morning Star) with a performance like "watching someone in the midst of some kind of massive physical and emotional release - intimate and raw and exuberant" (Vancouver Sun), ADALINE is succeeding in her mission to communicate through music and plans on doing so as long as life allows.
