Lee-Ann Davenport wants to sell her scenic one-and-a-half story home in Lake Country. The agents of Seller’s Market all want this property because the comparables for it peg the price at around $600 000, and that is one healthy commision. However, the Seller’s Market agents have their work cut out for them if they want to get that price. Lee-Ann Davenport is a professional house painter and stager, but her home, well, let’s just say she does not bring her work home with her. The home is cluttered, half-painted in bizarre colours, and over-decorated with dated furnishings. The agents will have to be very careful with their comments in their pitches if they want to get the listing.
