We are pleased to announce that GolfTEC will be opening its doors to its first location in the Okanagan in Kelowna on Saturday the 24th of May at 9am.

To celebrate our grand opening, we welcome to the Okanagan the VP Instruction & Education for GolfTEC HQ in Denver – Andy Hilts. As a PGA master professional, Andy has the distinction of being named named a “Best Young Teacher in America” by Golf Digest and has also won the 2008 Colorado PGA Horton Smith Award and his Section’s PGA Teacher of the Year award in 2005. Accompanying Andy will be Matt Carrothers, who is the Director of Instruction for GolfTEC Canada, and one of GolfTEC’s top 5 coaches worldwide.
As a special treat to our clients and visitors, Andy, Matt and Mike will be offering complimentary assessments on a first-come, first-served basis all day at the Grand Opening.

Kids are also guaranteed a great time, with fun activites between 2-5pm including a putting contest, balloons and free face-painting.

Apart from participating in SunFM Kelowna’s Live on Location in the morning, Andy, Matt and Mike will also be available for interviews or chats with media at our Industry Day on Friday the 23rd of May at GolfTEC Kelowna (12pm- 6pm).
