Local Author Earns Positive Reviews from Literary Magazines

The Celestial Proposal, a self-published book by Jane Catherine Rozek gains unbiased endorsements from ForeWord Reviews and Kirkus Reviews.

KELOWNA, BC, March 17, 2014– The Celestial Proposal – Our Invitation to Join the God Kind, took years of passionate writing, claims this local Kelowna, BC author, Jane Catherine Rozek. Self-published in December, it is now available at Mosaic Bookstore and The Pulp Fiction Coffee House. As well, it’s on Amazon in paperback and Kindle format.

A recent review of The Celestial Proposal was chosen to appear in the December’s Issue of ForeWord Reviews, a well-known literary magazine. In February, the book received a second endorsement from Kirkus Reviews. Both are unbiased professional review services for self-publishers, proving a quality product can come from Indie authors.

Three professional editors helped to refine her concepts of what personal faith should look like in the twenty-first century. She gives credit to CreateSpace, a company affiliated with Amazon, who the designed the cover and interior layout including thirteen chapter illustrations in this 335 page book.

According to the December 2013 issue of ForeWord Reviews, a well-known trade magazine for North American book distributors and libraries, Rozek’s efforts seems to have paid off.
