On Sunday, Feb. 23 at Heritage Park Secondary, the gold medal game for Basketball - Wheelchair began. The game featured local athlete Alec Kendall who was determined to lay it all out on the floor to win gold for Zone against Zone 4.

Throughout the game, both teams sped through the gymnasium with outstanding demonstrations of camaraderie and skill; Zone 4, ended the game with a buzzer beater 3 point shot by Jack Kosterman. While Zone 2 lost to Zone 4 both teams showed a heart-warming display of friendship.

Stand out player Alec Kendall demonstrated impressive efforts. Executing tough plays, Alec made sure that Zone 4's win was well-earned.
