The Society for Injured Riders (SIR)™ is a not-for-profit society staffed solely by volunteers
working hard to assist injured riders and their families. We are committed to assisting riders and their families who have been injured and affected by a motorcycle accident. We raise funds to support injured riders by holding numerous events throughout the year including poker runs, show and shines, and 50/50s. These funds are added to the overall funds we raise through membership and used to support the Society’s activities and support injured riders.

Society for Injured Riders (SIR)™ is preparing to host its main fundraising event, Boogie Bash™ 2024 which will take place August 2nd – 5th at the Rock Creek Fairgrounds. Our slogan for Boogie Bash™ 2024 is “Rockin’ & Rollin’ at the Creek since 2007.” We have hosted this event in the Boundary Community of Rock Creek, British Columbia since 2007 and we are very proud to bring this event to the area.

Boogie Bash™ is a weekend of organized events for motorcycle enthusiasts with riders from all over British Columbia, Canada, and the United States in attendance. This adult-only event has become a Boogie Bash™ Family of over 1,500 supporters annually. Whether a rider, motorcycle enthusiast, or dreaming of owning a motorcycle in the future, individuals come out to enjoy a weekend of fun and music all the while financially supporting the Society of Injured Riders (SIR)™.

Enjoy the weekend by rekindling the old friendships and supporting the Food and Product Vendors. Dance the evenings away to the Live Bands, vote at the Show ’n Shine and admire the rides, try your luck at Bingo, see if your hand is the lucky one on the Poker Run, and cheer on the participants in the Burn-out Pit and Bike Games. Take in the Tattoo Contest either as a contestant or observer and don't forget to partake in our wide variety of cold drinks in the Beverage Gardens. Oh… and we are working on one or two new events to add to your enjoyment, watch for more details.

Boogie Bash™ brings significant financial influx into the Boundary Region communities of BC. We also highlight the Kootenay Boundary Region to further strengthen and bring awareness to the surrounding communities and Boundary Region on our Boogie Bash™ event website.
