Skyview Terraces Celebrates the Completion of their Showhomes!



​You may have noticed a modern new development being constructed on the corner of Clifton and Clement. Introducing Skyview Terraces, a distinctly European town home community, which will be laden with lavish elements and each unit will showcase a 588 square foot rooftop patio with incredible mountain and city views.



Once complete, Skyview Terraces will include 40 town homes. Wim Zuydervelt, one half of the development company, Molenbeek Ventures Development Corporation (along with his partner Paul Teeuwen), says of the unique features showcased in this development, “I spend a lot of time in Europe and was seeing new styles and construction ideas that were coming on stream there and I thought, ‘Why not try some of these in Canada?’ If we like it, there is a pretty good chance others will like it too.”



Both developers have a keen eye for detail, and wanted to build something innovative, unlike other town home developments. “We were looking to build something that would be the best, something we could be proud of to build. And I am proud of what we have done with these town homes.”



Skyview Terraces stunning show home opens to the public this Saturday July 12th, 12:00-4:00. This Red Carpet event will include appetizers by Okanagan Street Food, refreshments, live entertainment and the ultimate ‘Skyview’ prize: a helicopter flight for six, courtesy of Alpine helicopters, now offering a wine sightseeing tour of the Okanagan.
