BRAY, Mabel - (Nana) peacefully went to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 24th, 2008 at Polson Extended Care Multi Level in Vernon at the age of 94.

Predeceased by her loving husband Robert in 1992 and daughter Gail in 1943. She is survived by her daughters; Carol (Phil) Broderick and Beverly (Bill) Bate, grandchildren; Kelly Broderick, Robyn (Dean) Bradshaw, Jamie and Cory Osborne, great grandchildren; Brooklyn Bradshaw and Gabriella Osborne.

  I am sorry to hear of Mabel's passing. She was a resident here in Leisure Terrace and we used to meet at the mail boxes. She would say, "sometimes I wonder why I am still here." I would say, "you are here to inspire the rest of us." She always had a twinkle in her eye and her hair all done up. I'd say to her, "what's that twinkle in your eye." she'd say, "Oh I just thought maybe there might be some nice gentleman in the vicinity." I have let the people here know and do hope to get to the memorial service.
