WILLIAMS, Dennis Robert

WILLIAMS: Dennis Robert, 75 of Calgary, Alberta passed away after a short battle with Cancer on October 16, 2021 with his wife and daughter by his side. He is survived by his wife Deborah, daughter Stacey (Grant), sons Stewart & Steven (Peggie), Grandchildren Braydon, Kaje, Gunnar & William, brother George (Vi), sister Jackie (Craig), estranged sons Dennis, Alvin & Sean, as well as numerous relatives & friends. Dennis was predeceased by his parents George & Gladys, brothers Fred & Leonard, sisters Delores & Dorothy.

The family wishes to thank Dr. David Whiting, Dr. Pablo Amigo and the staff at Kelowna General Hospital and the amazing staff at Kelowna Hospice House.

Due to Covid restriction, a private service will be held on Friday, October 22, 2021 at 11:00 AM by invite only, if you wish to attend please contact Deborah by email at [email protected]. I had known him since I moved into this condo in 2010. He was the president of our strata. I was also a council member for 8 years. Thus I had the opportunity to know him from close quarters. Though we fought a couple of times in the strata meetings, I must say that it was him, I trusted most for the safety of this building. He loved and took care of our building. I must consider him as the father of this building. His loss is not only a huge loss for this building but also a personal loss. He was a strong man with a great sense of humour. I will miss him personally.
