Elsie was born in Langham, Saskatchewan on August 12, 1931 to Klaus and Elizabeth Epp. She was the youngest of two girls, with an older sister, Helena. As a family they moved from Langham to Rosemary, Alberta where her Dad opened up Epp

    I worked with Elsie at the hospital thrift store. She was such a lovely lady, always a smile and such a hard worker. My condolences to her family, hold your memories close.

    Such sad news. I have many fond memories of the living next door for the first few years, then down the street when both our families moved to Parsons Road. I'm glad to know she was able to spend as much time as she did enjoying her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
