WEAVER, Richard

Richard Weaver, age 75, passed away, unexpectedly from a heart attack, on December 31, 2021, in Kelowna, BC. He and his identical twin, Don, were born on May 19, 1946, in Melfort, SK, to parents Ed and Pearl Weaver. The family later moved to Ottawa, ON, where he lived until 1991, when he and Darlene moved to Kelowna.

Richard was predeceased by his parents; his twin Don; and his first wife Ronalda. His is survived by Darlene; and, at the time, his older brother Bill, but Bill died 6 days after Richard, also of a heart attack.

Richard was happiest when he was either fishing or riding his motorcycle. He loved to make people laugh. Darlene always said, "that even though he is a twin, they broke the mould when he was born". He was one of a kind.
