    LOOK BEYOND!
Look beyond, -Werner, - look beyond!
Above the glittering starry sky, there 's more,
    Yes, so much more.
    *
By faith, we see the pearly gates,
    By faith the golden street,
By faith, we gather at the throne,
    And rest at Jesus' feet.
    *
The living hope is sealed in blood
    Drawn from the Savior's brow,
In heaven's beauty, know for sure,
    Louise is living now.
    *
There is no cloud to dim God's light.
    No shadow cast in glory bright;
    **
Look beyond, - dear ones, - look beyond!
The pain you feel will vanish by the thought,
Through the years the word of God has taught,
That one day soon we'll hear the trumpet sound,
And with the Lord we too are heaven bound.
    *
May you know his peace and cast on him your care,
    His promise:
He will all your burdens bear.
Look beyond, - dear ones, - Look beyond!
