SPERLE, Andrew

With great sadness and heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved husband and father.

Andy was born August 3, 1927 and passed away peacefully December 1, 2017.

Left to remember happy times are his wife of 68 years Elizabeth (Betty), daughters Beverley Scott (Andrew), Janet Sperle, Joanne Valcourt (Maurice) and Kathryn Melia (David); 5 grandchildren Erin (Lucas), James, Robyn (Austin), Shannon and Alexandra and 4 great-grandchildren Lennon, Mackenzie, Charlotte and Edward; brother George and many nieces and nephews.

Dad lived life to the fullest. He was devoted to his family, friends, and community. He was a lifetime member of Kinsmen; participating as President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer of the club. He was also a member of the K-40 club. He loved to play sports

    I am so heartbroken to hear of your dad's passing. I have many years of memories of him thanks to yours and my friendship in our school days, Sperle's Cleaners and, of course, at Mr. Tinker's K-40 "parties" at the office where your dad and I got to chat once a month.
