Phil Soichuk

January 22, 1953 - February 23, 2018
Phil passed away from lung cancer after a very short stay in the hospital with Mo and Tim at his side. He is survived by his wife Maureen and son Tim (Nicole) and was predeceased by his daughter Tasha. He is also survived by his siblings Sonya (Henry), Gloria, Tony (Shirley), Cathy (Shaun), Carol (Dave), Mike and Marion, brother-in-law Keith and numerous nieces and nephews. Phil loved his time outside hiking, bike-riding and teaching and guiding kayaking. After his back limited his activities he spent most of his time golfing and enjoyed being a marshal at Spallumcheen Golf Course. The past seven years he and Mo wintered in Arizona, spending time golfing and enjoying happy hours with a wonderful group of friends. There will be no service at his request.
