Went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 93 years of age. Survived by his loving wife Ingrid; son Howard (Gayle) of Wasaga Beach, Ontario; grandchildren: Kristen Schultz of Victoria, Caroline Schultz (Brett Horton) of Pitt Meadows, Valerie Schultz (Duane Hemingway) of Courtenay and their mother Patty Sprout of Courtenay; great grandchildren: Sebastian, Caleb, Maelle, Cosette, Owen and Jase; his sister Marla Schultz of Walnut Grove, sister-in-law Ruth Riemer of Edmonton and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his first wife Doris in 2010. A Memorial Service to be held on Friday, June 16th at 10:00 am at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC.
