I watched the service in Celebration of my dear cousin Laurena with tears in my eyes as I remembered the years past. It was in my parents home that Dick and Laurena met so I feel very close to your family. I'm so glad we had some time with you as we celebrated her 95th birthday just a few years ago. God Bless each member of Laurena's dear family, you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear family of Laurena, David and I were so blessed to have Dick and Laurena and you kids in our Richmond Baptist church for the 16 years we pastored there. They were among the first to welcome us into their home, and were always so supportive and encouraging to us! We are so sorry for your loss and pray for God’s comfort to be yours. With love, sympathy and prayers, Virginia Fairbrother Smith.
