ROBERTSON, Garry Clare

February 2, 1936 - January 19, 2022

Garry was born in Saskatchewan, and then lived and worked in Alberta before retiring to Kelowna in 1991. There he met Sharon, who he married in 1993. He enjoyed the time they spent travelling with and meeting new friends. Garry was a friendly soul and truly enjoyed the social aspects and community feeling of Sand Pointe. He was known for changing cars to whatever new vehicle caught his eye.

Garry is survived by his wife of 27 years, Sharon; his son, Christopher Robertson, and grandchildren, Seth & Norah; his stepson, Richard (Debbie) Laidlaw, and grandchildren, Kristy (Chris) Baxter & Taylor; and his stepdaughter, Tracey (Jim) Jensen, and grandchildren, Amanda & Melanie. Garry goes to join his daughter, Linda Robertson, who predeceased him.

The family would like to extend a special thank-you to the staff at Glenmore Lodge for their extraordinary care over the past five years.

A Private Family Service will take place at a later date to honour Garry's life.

Sorry Sharon on Garry's passing. I remember many fun times we had and the trips we used to take together. Memories that will last forever. Unfortunately, we were unable to visit him the last two years because of Covid. Don & Val
