ROBERTS, Janet Irene

Passed away in Kelowna on November 27, 2017, born October 11, 1952 in Port Coquitlam, BC. She will be sadly missed by her Aunt Ruth Miller; cousins Debbie, Jim, Betty, Sherry, Bill, Art and Patti and numerous friends and extended family. Predeceased by her father Arthur in 1967 and her mother Ethelle in 1984. Janet will be remembered for her generosity and big heart, sense of humour, love of the outdoors and all animals. Many thanks to staff, care workers and friends at Three Links Manor. A family gathering will be held in Spring.

To my best friend that I have ever had, Jannie, I love you. I have missed you for the last few years that have passed, but never ever forgot you in my daily prayers. I will meet up with you some day in the Lord's kingdom. There we can reconnect, forgive and carry on with our relationship, full of humour and love. My family and I hope you are content and just as wonderful as ever. I will never forget my best friend. I will always remember the good times.

Awww Janie, we are so sad to hear of your passing.

Janet has been a dear friend of the Thompson family for many, many years. We shared so many good times and many laughs. Janet from another planet, you were affectionately known as, you were your own person and always so generous of heart and giving of your affection. Your last visit to my house was so sweet, you told me to forgive you if you repeated yourself or couldn't remember what you were saying. So concerned about me, you wanted me to know up front what you were dealing with. We had a lovely visit and that was the last time I saw your face. I never knew where you were. You are always in our stories and in our hearts, you are now with your family and old friends, please say hi to them for us. Rest in peace, dear Janet.
