Penny, we are so sorry to hear of Doug's sudden passing. Doug was very much a family man and our thoughts and prayers go out to you Penny and your family during this very difficult and sad time.

I had the pleasure of working with Doug for 25 years where he was very much the architect of City of Kelowna IT systems in their formative years and beyond with his intelligent and practical approach.

Oh Penny, how sad I am about Doug passing on from this world. I loved talking to him about everything = he always had a unique answer to my queries, He would call for Ron and since Ron was not here I would answer and we would start talking, sometimes for an hour. I will miss his smile and hug when we visited. Love to you and the children. Pat xoxo
