PROCH, Michael Peter

MICHAEL PETER PROCH

Michael (Mike) Peter Proch was born February 15, 1926, west of Edmonton, in Carvel. Following a brief illness, with complications, he died on October 29, 2018.
Mike was proudly committed to family, his faith and attended church regularly. His lifelong career was carpentry and home building, which he pursued for over 40 years. He founded Proch Construction in Edmonton, retired in 1981 and moved to Kelowna in 1993, with his wife Ollie.
He enjoyed time with his family, watching baseball, reading European and Ukrainian history, surfing the internet and playing Solitaire. Mike loved to build furniture, fixed 'whatever was broken

Dear Ollie,

I was so touched by Mike's warmth when we first met at the Keg and I realized you went to our church. I am so truly saddened by his passing and will regret not having met you two sooner. My love and best wishes to you and your family. Mike was a wonderful man.
