PIZZEY, Robert (Bob)

It is with great sorrow that the family of Robert (Bob) Pizzey announce his passing following a heart attack on Friday, January 18, 2019, shortly after a celebration of his 80th birthday.

Bob will be lovingly remembered by Ruth, his wife of 60 years, his six children (Dale, Russel and Lynn, Gwen and Steve, Rick, Richard and Nancy, Ralph and Evonne) 12 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.

He was born in Daisland, Alberta in January 1939 and moved many times, but always called Alberta and Quesnel home. To many, Bob was better known as Grandpa, the place to go for endless support and love, and the best hugs anyone could ever give. He will always be remembered and missed by all who knew him.

I was saddened to hear the news of Uncle Bob. I have lots of memories of all the times when I was young and how he loved to make everyone laugh.

I remember meeting Bob at Wayne & Donna's when we were there for Easter. Bob seemed like a gentle soul, I know how much you are going to miss him, but you will have many good memories of your life to-gather. My thoughts & prayers are with you Ruth & family.
