PEPPARD , Douglas

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Douglas Glen Peppard on November 23, 2022 at the age of 79 in Kelowna, BC. Doug was born in Val Dor Quebec, May 9, 1943 to the late Gus and Rose Peppard. Doug is survived by his wife, Marilyn (née Nicholas), daughters, Joanne (Mike Hlagi), Tracey (John Clelland), sister Gwen Peppard (Denis Renaud), brother Gerry Peppard (Mary Quigg). Predeceased by his son, Glenn Robert Peppard and his brother Robert Peppard. In 1972 Doug moved the family to the Elk Valley where he worked in the coal mines for Kaiser Resources, BC Coal and Westar Mining for 20 years. In 1993 Doug retired to Kelowna.
