Obituaries

PENNER – Gerry, born in Shamrock, Saskatchewan on July 2, 1934 passed away peacefully in Penticton on September 19, 2019. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Pati; five sons: Dan (Cristina), Brian (Gayle), Ross, Rob (Toni) and Shawn (Brenda); seven grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Through the years Gerry was an active member in a number of service clubs. He loved camping and he and Pati traveled all over BC, probably camping at least once in every campsite. Celebration of life will be held at a later date. If desired, donations in Gerry’s memory can be made to a charity of one’s choice. Condolences / memories can be shared at www.everdenrust.com.
