She was a awesome lady. When god made her he broke the mold, can’t count the coffee times we had with her and dad after working the night shift at the packing house, or the sundays they would come over after the flee market for lunch and then play cards. To Kenny, Linda, Corrine and the rest of the Neigum family, our sincere condolences. I have many fond memories of Aunty Evelyn and Uncle Nick. Dropping by the house on a Saturday night, the guitars strumming, laughing and singing. It was a lot of fun. Everybody was always welcomed. I can still see all of us at the log house at Christmas time. Great food, drinks and playing music on aunt Terrys' crank music box. Uncle Nick strumming the guitar. Sitting around the table on a given day of the week with Jim, Mary, Jean Anita your mom and dad drinking coffee and solving the world issues. Times I will never forget. Fond memories. Your mom will always be with us.

I am so sad to read this this. Evelyn was a true matriarch and if she knew you, she made it her business to know your whole family history. Grandma Evelyn was so loving and accepting and I wish I had taken more time to stop and visit her. Twyla, Shane and Squirt will be so happy to see her again. Kenny, Donna and Linda-and all the rest of your huge family-I am so sorry to hear of your mom passing. I really loved Grandma Evelyn and have such wonderful memories of her. All my love.

I am so very sad to see that the Matriarch of the Neigum family has passed. I loved spending time at that house on Clement for many years. Evy was a kind and special lady who always stopped and talked to me and asked all about the Jones family. She will be missed and I am sending my heartfelt condolences to everyone. The Jones family has a long standing relationship with the Neigums, so very sad to see this today.
