It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Brian Leslie Milton born August 5, 1950 in London England. Milton passed away peacefully in the Vernon Jubilee Hospital on August 31 after a courageous battle with cancer
He is survived by his wife and best friend Helen his step children Kristy (Ryan), Matt (Crystal), Randy (Sandra), granddaughter Amber (Paul) and great grandchildren, Dexter, Elijah, Finley; sister Irene (Glen) Dunkin and niece Ami and nephew George of London, England; Brother in law Rory White, nephew Shane, and nieces Jill & Chelsie
Predeceased by his brother Dave Milton and his parents Emily & Leslie Milton and niece Laura Dunkin
Brian immigrated to Canada in December 1972 and came to Vernon where he started his career as a taxi driver and drove for Capital Taxi, he drove school bus for a short time before he started driving long haul with Rocky Mountain Transport and wherever we travelled he would say
