My deepest condolences to her entire family. I will miss her big smile, her laugh, her wonderful singing voice and her kindness. Her presence at ANAF will be tremendously missed. I think of her often and will miss our dinner and yahtzee nights. Her contribution to the Ladies Auxiliary and the Unit was beyond the call of duty. RIP my friend. Wendy Finlayson

My condolences Tracy, to you and your family. Your Mom was so proud of you! I will miss that lovely lady for a long time to come. I’ve always been drawn to “characters “”, and she surely filled the bill! Fun loving, wise cracking and a gorgeous singing voice that would give me goosebumps when she sang at karaoke. She livened up Meat Draws when she worked on the microphone. You never knew what she might say!! Always smiling, always helpful. She was a wonderful addition to our Ladies Auxiliary at ANAF #376, supporting every function we came up with. I also wish to send my condolences to her very long time friend Cliff. I’m thinking of you all. Sincerely, Shirley Desrosiers.

So sorry to hear of your mom passing Tracy and family. I remember Sandy mostly from the days when we lived in the same neighbourhood and when she worked for me at the Deli many years ago. She was an awesome employee, always cheerful and happy. Thinking about you all at this sad time. Hugs, Linda MacDonald

Oh Sandy! You were such a jewel of a lady!
Over 30 years ago you were first a tenant, and a neighbour. Then you became a friend, and then part of our family.Over the decades, we shared in eachother's challenges, our joys and our tragedies. You became the matriarch of the property and kept an eye out for anything that was going on in our little community!
We admired and were amazed how courageous you were - a positive thinker who always looked at the bright side of life. You tackled each health problem as a scrappy fighter and won almost every battle that came your way.You were one tough cookie!!!
Speaking of cookies, your baking was famously good. Your Christmas package was so anticipated, enjoyed and appreciated! Sandy, as we've told you countless times, your lemon squares and butter-tarts were the BEST ever!! We will miss them, but not as much as we will miss you.
Who will I give the crosswords to now?
Give Vanessa a hug from us!
    We love you!
Joey, Leticia, Marlisa, Michele and Serena Vecchio

My condolences go our to Sandy's family. Sandy was a very special person. Full of exuberance. You always new when Sandy was present. Her laugh was often and could not be missed whether it was playing pool, waiting to sing her Songs at Karaoke, and her attendance at meetings of the A.N.A.F. #376. This message is combined from my personal friendship with Sandy and extended as President of A.N.A.F. Unit #376
As expressed by one and all she will be missed. Rest in Peace Sandy.

My condolences to the family. Sandy was such an upbeat person, always greeted me with a big "hi" and smile whenever I saw her at pool years ago. Always asked how a person was doing. A sweet kind heart has now joined the angels above. Rest in peace Sandy, till we meet again.
