    Mike, Anna & Evan,

I am so sorry to hear of Ingrid's passing. Mike and my partner Pat were long time friends and we met Ingrid through Mike. We liked her immediately, always laughing and her love of animals was apparent on that first meeting. One special memory was they came to my family home for a party and my brother was serving a large venison roast. We knew Ingrid as a vegetarian so when she asked my brother what the meat was and then began to have a good chow down on it, we were surprised. But the animal lived its life the way it was meant too and she was the first person we had met that explained that point of view to us. We had a piper at my partner's celebration of life a year and a half ago and Ingrid and my cousin found out they both were highland dancers in the past and they leaped onto the lawn and gave us all a wonderful highland fling. Ingrid, I will always remember you with love and a smile, your spirit was infectious.

    All my love, Heather Thompson

I had met Ingrid when I was landscaping for Personalize Garden Care. We had many, many good laughs and just looked forward to going to work to see what Ingrid had up her sleeve for the day. Such a lovely spirit she had and we all enjoyed her. I had the pleasure of meeting Evan and Anna and saw their mom's spirit in them, great kids. So sorry this has happened to her and to the family, may she soar above us with her magical soul.

    RIP Ingrid, from Shelley Ehman

I am so sorry Tony, to hear of Ingrid's death, we first met Ingid as a waitress at

Jakx in Kelowna, enjoyed interacting with her and getting to know her. Then she and her mother moved in next door, in sunrise Village. May her children's memories keep Ingrid close in their hearts, she will be a new angel watching down on us and encouraging our gardens to grow!
