LEWIS (NEE HOPKINS), Audrey Isabel

On December30,2017.Audrey passed suddenly after a brief illness. Daughter of the late Joseph and Dorothy Haworth Hopkins, she was also predeceased by her husband Allan, brother Ronald and sister-in-law Donna. Survivors are siblings Shirley Kennett(Don); John Hopkins (Joy); Charles a.k.a Chuck Hopkins (Beryl) plus many nephews nieces, cousins. Audrey was born April 22,1932 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and upon receiving her education in Regina, began a career in office administration duties that took her from Regina, to Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, San Francisco to retirement in Calgary. She was a generous, caring person who loved her family, her church, and the Royal Canadian Legion. Countless years were devoted to Canadian Legion fund-raising activities. Her passion was bridge at which she excelled. In later years you would find her glued to watching curling on TV. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday January 16th at 1:00pm at THE CATHEDRAL CHURCH OF ST. MICHAEL & ALL ANGELS, 608 Sutherland Ave., Kelowna.
