  On Behalf of the owners & residents & Council @ Orchard Hills 2, 709 Houghton Rd where Kurt lived & sat on Strata Council for many years-Our sincere condolences to Kurt's family .We actually started to miss Our Friend when he moved into Sun Pointe to be closer to his partner, He was always very active in our building and was solely responsible for keeping our building & grounds clean & free of garbage & trash. Kurt would also scour the neighborhood on his walks and was never afraid to help keep our neighbourhood clean & tidy. He did all this without request nor reward from anyone He was a true gentleman & will be missed.

  Condolences to Kurt's family, we only knew Kurt for the short while he was in Sun Pointe Village. He sat at our table for meals and we had many interesting conversations.
  
  During the winters Kurt did many jig saw puzzles and during the summers he spent countless hours beautifying our garden for the enjoyment of all residents, for which we are very appreciative and thankful.
