LAPOINTE, Esther

It is with great sadness that the family of Esther LaPointe (Garrioch) announce her passing at the age of 97 years.

She was preceded in death by her son-in-law Gerald MacNeal on December 30, 2010 and her husband of 69 years, Maurice LaPointe on March 30, 2006.

Esther will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Audrey MacNeal, her sons Clifford (Jessie) LaPointe, Garry (Diane) LaPointe, her sister Evelyn Schellenberg and niece Jean Neufeld as well as many other nieces and nephews, 8 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and also many great, great grandchildren.

Special thank you to the staff at Sun Pointe Village where Esther resided.

A service in memory of Esther will be held on Thursday, May 24th at 11:30 am at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC. Interment in the Kelowna Memorial Park Cemetery.
