KOEHLE, Rosina Anne

In Loving Memory of Rosina Anne Koehle

Rosina was born in Nelson, British Columbia on December 17, 1928 to John and Josie Maglio. She passed away peacefully in Kelowna on June 24, 2017.
Rosina leaves to mourn her husband Robert John Koehle.
Bob and Rosina shared 68 years of devoted love and respect for each other. Together they raised 4 children: Judy (Dave) Bifford, Alan, Don and Steve (Melissa) Koehle. They enjoyed 10 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren. Rosina loved to cook and bake for her family. Every special occasion had family favorite foods. She was an excellent artist who enjoyed painting in watercolors. Together Rosina and Bob shared their love of swimming (Hawaii, Lake Chelan, Kalamalka, Okanagan) and travelling both within Canada (Vancouver Island, the Eastern Seaboard, ...) and abroad ( England , Scotland, Italy, Germany , Austria , Switzerland , Spain, Portugal ).
Rosina leaves to mourn her sister Janet Finlay (Trail, B.C.), her Sister- in- law Jeannine Koehle (Nelson, B.C.) and devoted friends Cathy Koehle and Karin Stickland along with numerous cherished nieces and nephews and long- time friends.
The family would like to express their personal thanks to the staff at Cottonwoods (short stay) and Glenmore Lodge for their compassion and care during Mom's residence.
Rosina, we will miss your beautiful smile and incredible blue eyes.

Dear Bob and families. Rosalie now rests in peace in eternity. Her composure during her life that I witnessed was peaceful. It was a delight to met & get to know her a bit at Northwood Retirement Resort. I'll always remember her quiet friendliness. May you all be blessed as you grieve and share fond memories.

I'm sorry to hear of the passing of Rosina. I had the pleasure of seeing Rosina for 37 years at Lakeside Pharmacy, she was just amazing to me. Always the most beautiful smile, no matter how she felt. She was so very special to me, so beautiful inside and out. My thoughts are with you all.
