    Very sorry for the loss to the Jennens family. In the early 50's, I lived just around the corner from John. I recall many times when we played together in the back lane, in the vacant lot near John's house, and what we called "The Forest." Also lazy afternoons swimming at Strathcona Park. All the kids in the neighbourhood had some great times back then.

    I knew John and all the Jennens family from our early days living in hospital area. John was a friend of my older brother and together they were rascals and kept their parents on guard all the time. Great time growing up with them in the 50s. I last saw John in the spring 2018 at a family reunion at Chris and Kathy's. Always talked about the times he and my brother got into some kind of mischief. Never forget those times.

    To the Jennens family;

    Sorry for your loss. Was very interesting having coffee with Johnny when he was in town over the last few years. Quite the "character".

    John, wherever you are, I know you will have a great time! Looking at a picture of you repairing our grease gun at the Royalite when we worked there in 1964. Apparently that is now a lifetime ago. They were great times.

    Cheers my friend,
