We are so sorry to hear of Mr. Hubbard's passing. I have so many cherished memories of Lyle and Irene. They were great friends and neighbours to our family. I used to love going up to their place as a kid. Irene always had treats for us and Lyle always was so kind showing us around the farm. Such kind and caring people, I'm so thankful to have had them in my childhood.

Thinking of you all. Jennifer (Booth) Kupsch.

My condolences for the loss of your Dad. I lived near your folks in Ellison for a number of years & always appreciated your Dad's kind assistance with helping me put in fence posts & other jobs on my acreage. I first met your folks when they were instrumental in getting Competitive Trail Riding up & going in Kelowna & had the privilege of horseback riding with them. Your Dad was always willing to lend a hand & was a very kind and gentle man.

We're sorry hear of Lyle's passing. After leaving Kelowna, we'd have some very nice phone calls from your Dad. He was a very gentle kind man. We sure missed him after he moved away, but great for him to be near family. Thinking of you all.

Sorry to hear of Lyle's passing. Lyle and Irene were caring and very helpful neighbors in the Ellison area the years he lived there. Enjoyed snowmobiling with him and his "old" buddies. Always had great conversations with Lyle over a pot of coffee. Joe, Liz Heemskerk

Alan, Sandi and Terry my condolences. I still drive around the old neighbourhood and think of the people who lived there. Memories of Uncle Lyle and Auntie Irene are many but the most vivid are when your dad brought home prizes from his hunting trips. He was such a nice man and good neighbour. May your happy memories get you through this time.-Betty Coe (Blair)

So sorry for your loss. One of my favorite adopted "uncles" when I was growing up here in Kelowna. Best friends with my dad Abe Klassen and my other favorite adopted uncle Lloyd Worts. Will always remember the happy times camping at the Shuswap with you guys. In our thoughts and prayers. He was a kind, gentle and loving man.
