Hi, this is Mary again, I forgot to mention our Italian heritage goes back to the First World War! Our father's Luigi Zorzit and Licinio Curti served together in the war. And after the war they were partners in the shoe repair business and so we grew up together during The Depresion Years. I was fortunate to know your wonderful mom and brother. Theresa was an exceptional cook like her mother. We shared our love of good Italian food all of our lives together!

    I miss Theresa dearly!

Judy, Andy and siblings, I was a childhood friend of Theresa, in Windsor, ON and our Italian Heritage brought us together when I moved to Calgary, fifteen years ago! Theresa's hospitality and kindness made my trips to Kelowna priceless! I will miss Theresa's love and our lengthy phone conversations!

Love and Prayers to all her wonderful family!

I had the privilege of growing up down the street from Noni, and my friend would invite me over to her house to play; Noni was a grandmother to everyone.

Dear loved ones of Theresa. Please accept my sincerest condolences in the loss of your dear mother and grandmother. She was such a gracious and generous lady, always so quick with a kind word and/or gesture. It has been the most blessed time that we spent time together when I would bring her the Eucharist on Sundays. She was always waiting with a lovely doily and an icon of the Blessed Mother on the table, always so devout in her readings and prayers. She was, and will continue to be an inspiration for many of us. She will be so missed. May your precious memories of her sustain you, and be a comfort to you all.

    God Bless you.

Condolences to the Grant kids and their families from Gail and Bill Fellows in Windsor. We just learned today about Theresa's passing from a mutual friend in Kelowna. We were neighbours and good friends of Ray and Theresa Grant when we lived near them on Sunnyside Road in West Kelowna. Over the years until just recently we kept in touch with Theresa and it was always a great pleasure to speak with her and share memories.

And there is no doubt in our minds as to how much Theresa was very much the pillar of solidarity for her family. What a wonderful legacy for a family!
