Anastasia Gates (Woytowich) December 16, 1930 ~ September 11, 2018

Anastasia was born December 16, 1930 in Chipman, Alberta. She met the love of her life and married Glen Gates July, 21 1949. They went on to celebrate 68 years of blissful marriage. Although Anastasia spent the majority of her life in Alberta, after retirement they made Vernon their new home; where she felt she lived the best years of her life. Anastasia is survived by her loving daughter Glenda Sheard of Alberta, Sister Mary Konkolus, Sister in Law Rosie Woytowich, The Mackenzie Family; David, Sandie (Glinsbockel), Grandsons Reid & Drew of Vernon, as well as nieces and nephews in BC and Alberta. Anastasia was predeceased by her husband Glen Gates (2017), and her beloved grandson Darrel Shane (1997).
A memorial service will be held at Faith Baptist Church on Wednesday September 19, 2018 at 2:00 pm.
