FILLIOL, Margaret

It is with saddened hearts that we announce the passing of our beautiful wife, mother, and grandmother, Margaret Filliol, on February 8, 2021 with her family by her side.

After a short battle with cancer, she is at peace and resting with her mother, Evelyn, her best friend and biggest fan.

Margaret always marched to the beat of her own drum; she was strong, kind, generous, and funny, who loved her family and had the biggest heart.

She was a fierce fisher woman; it was her favorite thing to do and she was always on the hunt for Walter the biggest fish. You would find her at the lake any spare moment she had. Along with her husband Robert, she enjoyed camping, hunting, gardening, and their small hobby farm. You could always find her washing eggs, tending to her strawberries, or taking care of her garden.

Margaret will be sadly missed by her husband, Robert; her children, Tammy, Shawn (son-in-law) and Dalton; and her grandchildren, Kellan, Teanna, and Shealyn.

Do not stand at my grave and weep

I am not there. I do not sleep.

I am a thousand winds that blow.

I am the diamond glints on snow.

I am the sunlight on ripened grain.

I am the gentle autumn’s rain.

When you awaken in the morning’s hush,

I am the swift uplifting rush

Of quiet birds in circled flight.

I am the soft stars that shine at night.

Do not stand at my grave and cry;
