To the Fazan family, I send my heartfelt condolences. In a changing world, there are some things you keep near and dear, for me, this was time spent with the Fazan family as a kid of 12 in the 60's. For those of us who were lucky enough to have been a part of the Joe Riche community during those very special years, I will remember Terry as a loving family man. Marie, you and Terry should be proud of the loving family you raised.

    Never forgotten.....

Uncle Terry, On behalf of the Gray family I would like to send our thoughts and prayers to our Aunt Marie ('MeMe') and all of our wonderful cousins. I personally have great memories of the Joe Rich area as well as hanging out downtown at Uncle Terry's place. Uncle Terry seemed so at home in Joe Rich and I loved the hay rides and exploring the barn and Uncle Leo's - a home fit for a movie setting in the pioneering days. I clearly remember Uncle Terry and Aunt Marie opening up their Joe Rich estate for amazing family reunions - a great time with great memories. I never could beat him in an arm wrestling contest - all those years of working hard created very strong arms. Uncle Terry also taught me how to whistle! Fond memories of Uncle Terry for sure! And yes, I do remember those political talks - I stepped into those a couple of times:) Had to love his passion for the working man in all of us! I am sure my mother (Marie's sister) would love to contribute to this message, but she is now dealing with dementia and at this point in time is unaware of his passing. I know she will be very upset when we tell her and would want me to tell you all, how sorry she is.

To Marie and all the Fazan family, sorry to hear about Terry's passing my prayers are with you all at this time. I would like to give you all a big hug at this time knowing how you are feeling.

I have many memories and wonderful times spent with you all in Joe Rich. I always remember coming up with my brothers on Friday nights playing cards and watching TV. I can't thank Terry for the times he would pick me up in the

early morning and drop me off to work when he was working for Miller & Brown. He was such a thoughtful person and know he worked long hard hours with his job. I sure miss my visits with Terry and Marie on my way home after they had moved from Winfield, always a nice topic with Terry I must say! Thinking of you all with my thoughts and prayers with your loss of a wonderful Husband and Father and Grandfather... Thanks for the great memories!!!!

Dear Marie, Judy and family, I remember your generosity inviting me and my sister Carol to spend summer up in Joe Rich. Terry would pick us up on his way home from work. He would stop at Sid's grocery store on Hwy 97 to buy groceries and buy us a bag of chips. He would get in the vehicle saying he was hungry enough to eat a horse and chase the rider. We would chuckle to ourselves as Terry was such a slender man it was a hard picture to conjure up! Oh summers in Joe Rich were magical. FREEDOM!! I fondly remember that time of my youth with such pleasure and am so thankful to the Fazan family for allowing me to be part of such a magical time. I love you all so much, and hope to see you in the near future. For now you are in my thoughts and prayers, Barbi Roberts...xo
