Dear Julie & family, Louise & family,

Our hearts go out to all of the the family members in the loss of your Mom, Grandmother and Great Grandmother, our Auntie Joan. Her sister, Barbara remembers fondly their wonderful years growing up in Burnaby, Vancouver and Capilano, North Vancouver, the raising of their own families on the Air Force bases and the sharing of their retirement and senior years.

We had the great pleasure of meeting Joan at Brookhaven. We listened to her stories of her animals, which she loved and missed very much.

She also spoke about their military life and all the travel. Joan spoke in such a loving manner about her family, she will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing and loving her!
