EINARSSON, Mindy Daniel

At 12:50 am on January 3rd, 2019, at the age of 66, after a long battle with cancer, Mindy Daniel Einarsson went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Born in Vancouver on September 21,1952, Mindy (Daniel) grew up in the Okanagan, lived many years in Vancouver and Alberta. He had 3 great loves

    Such a talented, sensitive musician. Written for the nursing staff and doctors at Rocky View Hospital in Calgary. The people who cared for him when he had his surgery to remove a cancerous tumour in 2011.

    Sue, Taylor, Edna and extended family,

    It was a shock, first to hear of Mindy's cancer and then of his passing.

    I think back to all those times we played our guitars together and all the times as kids, we laughed, ran like crazy and watched the clouds drift across the sky, never knowing or caring that one day it would come to this.

    I know we lost touch over the years, but whenever I would think back those times we jammed together and were just kids being kids...there was always a smile for those good times as friends and neighbors.

    I am sitting here looking at a picture of Mindy when he was in my class in grade 10.

    I am saddened to see his picture now in 2019 and that he had suffered with cancer.

    I always remembered him as a gentle good student as i am sure he was a good brother to the two of you. Remember his humour and his music.
