Royleen Merle Dubeau, Bowcott
April 28, 1953 - September 6, 2022
With great sadness we announce the death of Royleen Dubeau. Royleen passed away peacefully with family at her side after a long courageous battle with her health. Royleen was born in Penticton, BC and spent her early years living in Beverdell and Victoria before returning to Kelowna to raise a family. Royleen was an active member of her community by volunteering along with her husband Bob at the local soup kitchens in Kelowna and Penticton. She also volunteered at Share in Kelowna, and the Rutland Hospital Auxiliary and Food banks until her health deteriorated. Royleen had a great smile and sense of humour and she enjoyed spending time with her friends at the Kiwanis Tower and visits from family. Royleen was known for her excellent cooking and baking which she often gave away to brighten someone's day. Royleen had a generous spirit and was very giving to those who had a need or needed an ear to listen. Royleen will be truly missed by her surviving family. Royleen was predeceased by her husband Robert Dubeau, parents and her siblings Samuel and Michael. Royleen is survived by daughter Tanja(Steve), son Gregory(Allison), grandchildren Brandon, Colton, Latyscha, Ashley, Noah, Hannah and Megan, along with her great grand-daughter Kaidence and her siblings Ben and Gerald. We would like to thank the many healthcare workers, doctors, nurses, home support, Cottonwoods and staff at KGH and the ICU for your care of Royleen. A special thank you to all of Royleen's friends and neighbors who supported her daily with compassion love and kindness.
May you be at loving peace Mom, forever missed and never forgotten.
