    To Natalie and family,

I was very sad to hear that Dave passed away. Dave and I started our careers with the city about the same time and worked very closely together for the last years before I retired. Most of our non work conversations revolved around our respective families. My thoughts and those of many others who knew and worked with Dave are with you at this difficult time.

    Sincerely,

    Ed Kinnear
