CELEBRATION OF LIFE: MITANSKY, Ken

In Honour of Ken Mitansky

January 27th 1959 - October 26th 2018

Please join us on Friday, August 30th 2019, at 2 p.m. for the unveiling of a commemorative Park Bench placed in Honour of Ken, and his late Puppy Benji, in BX Ranch Dog Park, Vernon, British Columbia.

Afterwards we will be hosting an intimate gathering of friends and family starting at 3:30 p.m.

I adored Ken, and he is deeply missed. My cat and Benji were the same age, and had the same issues. So Ken and I had many talks over our pets concerns, and of course work. Ken was respected for his work ethics and knowledge. Ken is missed.

Cannot explain how much he is missed. The day we all found out was very hard to walk in that room without a tear. He is missed everyday. We are all very sorry for your loss in Benji, who he spoke of often. Sometimes I catch myself looking for him while he was on break sitting in departure side on the phone probably talking to his wife. Thank you for letting us all connect with you and be involved in this celebration.

For Ken's Family, this tribute to him and his much loved Benji, will no doubt be a site of love and devotion. I was blessed to know and work along side Ken for eleven years. What great debates and conversations we had! I was always able to make him laugh, with my Trump rants and comments. If ever there was a day, when the management at work, didn't screw something or someone up, Ken would be on the mark with one of his highly laughable comments! I will miss our conversations very much! Prayers and hugs to all who loved Ken!

Ken's family, what a wonderful, perfect tribute for Ken. He told me so many stories of his love for his family, Dad and Benji. He is missed at work for the kind man he was.

To the loved ones of Ken Mitansky, I can't thank you enough for this "bench". It is so thoughtful and truly reflects the essence of Ken. He was such a "practical kind of guy". Thank you for letting us share in its unveiling. We miss Ken in our work place. It is not the same without him. I look forward to seeing you all on Aug 30th. He is missed but certainly not forgotten.
