    Dear Bill and family

I am holding a memory of Marilyn and our time together at Dev and Wendy's for a meal and great visit back in 2018. Harold and Elaine were there also and the fellowship of reconnecting with my Kelowna kin was a treasure. Marilyn was always so kind in her spirit with her younger cousins. It will leave a hole in the circle of love in your family. Prayers for you as you grieve and put one foot in front of the other.

hugs your cousin Dene - Dene Botham

Bill and family. I was shocked and saddened to hear that our retired Lab Tech coffee group partner in crime left us so suddenly. I've known Marilyn since the early 1970's when we worked at KGH in the old lab off of Rose Avenue. Through all of her challenges over the years, she showed a determination and will to keep on going that was inspiring. Her love for her family was always foremost. She will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered. Our condolences to you all on this huge loss.

So very sorry to hear this. Marilyn and I shared many “growing up” years here in Kelowna. She was a true friend. Always so happy and caring. Because we were also neighbours many years we were often “trekking” across Mill Creek to each other’s houses. Our hearts are with all of you Bill, Shari, Mike, Trevor, brother Harold, sister Wendy and families during this grieving time of shared memories of a very wonderful person. Blessings and we will be praying for you all. Tudy&Cal Fortnum
