A good friend has been taken from us. Ruth was always caring and brought a ray of sunshine into our home as we met for a friendly game of bridge or just a visit. We will miss her and send our condolences to her family whom she loved above all else.

To Jim, Bob, Patty and Barb,

When I think of my childhood, your mom and your family played such a big part in it. Big White, July 1st party at the beach, prairie teas, the beer trick at our Christmas Eve beef in the bun do and lots and lots of laughter. The world doesn't feel quite the same without Ruth Bowers in it! I am hoping that my mom, your mom and Mrs. Duke are together having a coffee party (or a beer!) I know all the McIntoshes send you their love and condolences. Thinking of you all!

My love goes out to all of you at this sad time. Cannot believe that your Mum will not be across the road from me each day. She was so full of love and laughter. Always had a little joke for me and enjoyed her family happy hours each day. She will be missed by so, so many.
