Chad is survived by his parents Dennis & Nina. Uncles: Dan & Ken. Aunts: Blanche, Janet, Kandiss, Lenna & Verna. Cousins: Andrew, Brooke, Carrie, Danna, Hailey, Jay, Kellie, Kiel, Matthew & Troy. Great Friends: Erin, G & Peter
Chad was predeceased by his Grandparents, Cousin Brandee & Brother Todd.
Chad will be greatly missed by those who knew him.
