It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Alice Mae Bellamy in Kelowna B.C.
Pre-deceased by her husband of 46 years. William Douglas Bellamy (1992) and two sisters and four brothers. Survived by her son Ian Douglas Bellamy and two grandchildren, Bradley James and Sean William Bellamy.
Alice was born on a farm in Rouleau, Saskatchewan. She then moved to Trail, later Revelstoke where she spent most of her married life and worked for Sears, and finally to Kamloops and then Kelowna for her retirement. She loved travelling and spent many vacations in Hawaii and enjoyed several cruises to various destinations. Alice spent many memorable summers with her husband and son boating, camping and fishing on Shuswap Lake.
Alice and Doug were Shriners and she belonged to the "Daughters of the Nile". She also volunteered for the Hostess Club in Kelowna.
She was a devoted wife, mother, nana and friend. Alice was a fabulous cook and homemaker a tireless worker and selfless volunteer. Her love and kindness touched the lives of all who knew her. No service by request. Condolences can be sent to www.firstmemorialfuneralkelowna.com

    My prayers and love are been sent to the family. Alice was a lovely lady and did so much for the City of Kelowna volunteering as a Kelowna Hostesses. Always had a smile on her face her grandchildren were her pride and joy.

    Rest In Peace my friend you will be missed.
