- Opposition leader Victor Yushchenko has declared victory in Ukraine's third presidential vote.
With more than 98 per cent of Sunday's ballot counted, election officials say Yushchenko has a statistically unbeatable lead, with 52 per cent against about 44 per cent for Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych.
