Prosecutors in the Kobe Bryant rape case have asked for an indefinite hold on proceedings.
They say too many mistakes have been made in the trial’s duration.
One of the biggest gaffes was letting out confidential court documents that were prejudicial to the defendant. One of the prosecutors said the release of closed-door testimony hurt the chances of getting an unbiased jury.
The defendant, now 20, plans on taking Bryant to civil court for $75,000 in damages.
